Hi, I’m Sue, your integrative Life & Adhd Coach

For years, I struggled without fully understanding why. I chalked it up to a learning disability with no real solution, barely staying afloat financially, and avoiding the truth I wasn't ready to face. College was especially hard — organizing my thoughts felt impossible, reading was a battle my racing mind kept losing, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't hold a single focus or career path for long.

What saved me was landing in Boulder, CO, a community steeped in 12-step recovery and personal growth. I found practices that helped me get grounded — ways of accessing my own insight and intuition that I didn't know I had. Without that foundation, I genuinely wouldn't be here today.

But even after years of healing work, self-doubt followed me everywhere. I felt like someone perpetually falling short of their own potential, convinced that the right therapist or the perfect diet would finally "fix" me. Spoiler: I know a lot about nutrition now, and wasn't it.

Everything changed when I started learning how ADHD actually shows up in adult women — something that looks nothing like the hyperactive little boy most people picture. I completed an ADHD coaching certification for professionals, and for the first time, things clicked. I learned to name my symptoms without shame, ask for what I need, and truly believe that nothing is wrong with me. My brain just works differently. And that's enough.

Today, as an ICF-credentialed Life Coach, I'm bringing ADHD coaching into my practice. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply curious about how to better support your brain and body, I'd love to walk alongside you on that journey.
