Nutrition and improved eating habits. Neurodiverse people can develop poor eating habits due to executive functioning issues, obsessive thoughts, self criticism, core shame from being judged by others, seeing the world differently and not liking colors,textures or flavors of whats was offered us and many, many other reasons yet to explore. Creating new habits and patterns or nutritional self care can be a real challenge and our health often suffers. We spend time developing new routines, addressing emotional eating or lack there of, and incorporating a neurodivergent lense when creating new behaviors.

This is a collaborative experience, not me telling you what to do, eat or think. Maybe you are overwhelmed and need support breaking it down. Disorganized and need to develop a system.
